The Yonex Sonicage 3 Plus is the comfort play of the Yonex footwear family.  The shoe comes in three widths.  The Plus, presented here, fits the widest of all the Yonex footwear offerings.  This fits somewhere between a 3E and 4E width.  All models of the Sonicage 3 provide ample cushion and support for the avid tennis player.  If you are an aggressive tournament player and looking for a wider fit, you might be better off with the ASICS Gel-Resolution 9 or Adidas Barricade.
