A “classic” Cathe workout, it features a non-stop series of intense aerobics-and-toning intervals. Very challenging physically, but never mentally “tricky,” it uses easy-to-follow step combos and proven body-sculpting routines. Each of the three circuits has four segments — step aerobics, a super-fast step “blast,” then blended upper/lower-body toning and an all-upper-body series. Cathe's superb cuing maximizes the interest with lots of movement variety (e.g. rhythm changes, equipment rotations, pulses, body position options). Includes an 11-minute step-aerobics bonus program plus optional “premixes” for shorter workouts. Some vocal music. Requires 3 to 15 lb. dumbbells, a barbell and a 6-foot resistance band.
