A fitness sled built to last
This weight sled is manufactured from sheet steel using state of the art machinery to ensure its capability to withstand even the most rigorous fitness regime. Laser cut and bent using 6mm thick mild steel and then MIG welded to eliminate the need for multiple moving parts and offer optimum longevity.
The sled itself weighs 33KG, comes with sled strap attachments on both ends of the sled (straps sold separately). There is also the option of either galvanized or powder coated uprights. 8mm thick UHMW Plastic Feet thickness included as standard to prevent wear and tear on your gym flooring. This feature allows the option of use outside on hard surfaces without damaging the sled itself.
What are the benefits of Weighted Sled Training?
Sleds are great for push and pull workouts to build all round general physical preparedness. Whether it's backwards sled pulls to work on your hamstrings and posterior chain or forward sled pushes for quadricep development. There are a whole host of exercises you can use to add variety and stimulus to your workouts.
